Instructions:

Empty the contents of the sachet into a large bowl. Gradually add 150-200 ml of water or skimmed milk or Laktolight® that you have prepared (cold, warm or hot, depending on your preferences), while stirring with a fork or hand whisk. Let it stand for a few minutes, until the cereal absorbs the milk.
