Ingredients (3 servings):
250 g dried chickpeas
1½ cloves of garlic
1 tsp cumin
Juice of 1 lemon
2 tbsp tahini
Salt & pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
Paprika & fresh coriander (for garnishing)
3 servings of Evolution sweet Thai chili chips
Instructions:
- On the previous night, soak the chickpeas in water, adding 1 tbsp baking soda.
- Drain the chickpeas and boil them for about 1 hour (remember to keep some of the boiled water to use in step 4).
- Mash the boiled chickpeas in a blender and add the garlic, cumin, lemon juice, tahini, salt and pepper.
- Finally, add the olive oil and 2-3 tbsp of the boiled water and continue to grind until the texture is creamy
Nutritional tip:
