Home-made hummus with Eurodiet chips

Ingredients (3 servings):

  • 250 g dried chickpeas

  • 1½ cloves of garlic

  • 1 tsp cumin

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • 2 tbsp tahini

  • Salt & pepper

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Paprika & fresh coriander (for garnishing)

  • 3 servings of Evolution sweet Thai chili chips

Instructions:

  1. On the previous night, soak the chickpeas in water, adding 1 tbsp baking soda.
  2. Drain the chickpeas and boil them for about 1 hour (remember to keep some of the boiled water to use in step 4).
  3. Mash the boiled chickpeas in a blender and add the garlic, cumin, lemon juice, tahini, salt and pepper.
  4. Finally, add the olive oil and 2-3 tbsp of the boiled water and continue to grind until the texture is creamy

Nutritional tip:
