Ingredients (4 servings):
800 g of octopus
2 bay leaves
2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions:
Clean the octopus (cut off the head and remove the entrails). Remove the beak and rinse thoroughly. Place the octopus in a non-stick pan, add the bay leaves and close the lid. Let it cook over medium heat (the octopus will be cooked in its juices – you do not have to add any water) until it turns red. Add the olive oil, increase the heat and cook on both sides until lightly crispy. Serve with oregano & vinegar.
